Hello, Dear Ones,
Today is my birthday, and I’m trying not to dwell on the fact that the Supreme Court just turned the presidency into a kingship. No, I’m writing with gratitude for you and this community.
I wrote to you because you listened when no one else could.
I wrote to you when I was stuck at home during the pandemic, scared and high-risk, with isolated and neurodivergent children with declining mental health, and you helped me escape—and you listened.
I write to you still because your reflections and comments and kinship continue to heal me.
I am so grateful for your ears, your eyes, your hearts, your comments.
Today, because it’s my birthday, I’m also asking if you can help me continue this work by taking out a paid subscription. If it’s in your budget, if you value these posts, if they make you think or give you hope, and if you want to make a small contribution for my birthday, consider upgrading so I can write more articles like this:
Relax, nothing is real, according to science, which conjoin spirituality and science to offer assurance that we extend beyond this physical life.
And this one, Wisdom in the cracks: autism & other cosmic disruptions, about the strength and wisdom of neurodivergence.
And Patriarchy is bad for men, too, where I break down all the ways that patriarchy harms men and boys.
And this one, When god was a woman: Evolving archetypes & cultural values, about how archetypes shape our values.
And in Moms don't want sainthood, we want compensation, why we should assign more currency to parenthood.
Researching and writing these newsletters takes considerable time; your financial support allows me to keep doing the work. It’s only $4/mo when you sign up for the full year!
If you’re already a paid subscriber, then THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks so much for reading; it is an honor and privilege. I love you the most!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shout out to these new paid subscribers and their generous words. Thank you so much for your support!
Been onboard a while. We share a birthday, which explains a lot.
Happy natal celebration Summer, and thank you for almost always taking my mind in a direction it's never gone before, for helping me see thru different eyes, and thank you for sharing in such a fearless way, surprising and shaking timid souls like myself of twice the age and half the experience and wisdom!
